Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Toby Levy kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Jamal Zeigler notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Brook FC's Ben Joiner. Ben Joiner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Dante Pearson came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Destin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Pearson couldn't finish the play. Paul Duffy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Destin's Ben Joiner threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Toby Levy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 19th minute of the match, Toby Levy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ben Joiner saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Destin's Luke Tharp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Passard in the 20th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brook FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Robbie Ratliff shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Leonard Passard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Luke Tharp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, Destin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Pearson to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Cesar Hesse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leonard Passard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Medrano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brook FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Destin the free kick. After 40 played minutes Brook FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Medrano. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Passard to strike the kick off in the second half. Ben Joiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toby Levy, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Cesar Hesse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Tharp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Hesse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luke Tharp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Passard got free with Luke Tharp in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Cesar Hesse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Luke Tharp managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Brook FC's Leonard Passard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leland Bauer scored 2-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ben Joiner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Destin's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Hesse came free, but Luke Tharp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Destin getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jamal Zeigler hit a great ball. In the 80th play minute Leonard Passard came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Luke Tharp. 2-2. If Leonard Passard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cesar Hesse came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Brook FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Hesse couldn't finish the play. Ben Joiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toby Levy in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Toby Levy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Joiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
