Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stan Tripp took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Donnie Schneider recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Waylon Cullen. Donnie Schneider showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Waylon Cullen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raul Shapiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stan Tripp in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jordan Dodge during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Dundalk AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Dodge to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Donnie Schneider managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dundalk AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Donnie Schneider was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waylon Cullen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristofer Fujieda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Raul Shapiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donnie Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jerrod Sams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Waylon Cullen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Joe Engle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marble Falls FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Raul Shapiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stan Tripp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marble Falls FC's Trenton Piper suffered a sore knee after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 44 minutes into the game, Johnny Arrington was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dundalk AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marble Falls FC the free kick. After 45 played minutes Dundalk AFC got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Arrington.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerrod Sams stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Terrence Street charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terrence Street the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Marble Falls FC's Terrence Street got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Jerrod Sams, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 57 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Waylon Cullen was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Donnie Schneider blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waylon Cullen having to make a save. Donnie Schneider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Dundalk AFC booed when Marble Falls FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terrence Street didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerrod Sams in the 63rd minute of play forced Marble Falls FC's goalkeeper Waylon Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waylon Cullen came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Dundalk AFC's Jerrod Sams. But to his dismay, Jerrod Sams quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 75th minute, Jerrod Sams ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waylon Cullen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Waylon Cullen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donnie Schneider's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Terrence Street managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marble Falls FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Terrence Street was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Shapiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kristofer Fujieda struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Raul Shapiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marble Falls FC. Reed Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Raul Shapiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waylon Cullen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerrod Sams in the 89th minute of the match. Jerrod Sams took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waylon Cullen. Waylon Cullen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. In the 95th minute, Jerrod Sams got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dundalk AFC had won after a very even match.
