Bailey Carlson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Benedict in the 19th minute of the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Tyron Huddleston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mastic FC's Joesph Carbajal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Virgil De La Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgil De La Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sean Leal fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Century Village's protests and gave Sean Leal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mastic FC booed when Century Village was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sean Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil De La Cruz in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bailey Carlson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Virgil De La Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bailey Carlson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Gregorio Kirk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Century Village's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mastic FC the free kick. In the 44th minute, Gregorio Kirk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Virgil De La Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mastic FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgil De La Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pierre Benedict to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgil De La Cruz succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. In the 59th minute, Willie Goldberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Mastic FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Dean Hutchison hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Willie Goldberg got free with Joesph Carbajal in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Willie Goldberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Joesph Carbajal to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Mastic FC booed when Century Village was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Hatch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre Benedict blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bailey Carlson having to make a save. Bailey Carlson came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Mastic FC's Virgil De La Cruz. But to his dismay, Virgil De La Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dean Hutchison in the 84th minute of play forced Century Village's goalkeeper Bailey Carlson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pierre Benedict came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Mastic FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Benedict couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Mastic FC booed when Century Village was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldo Little didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Pierre Benedict managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mastic FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre Benedict was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bailey Carlson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mastic FC's goalkeeper Joesph Carbajal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
