After 2 minutes of play, La Gorda Fc's Raphael Hammond made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clint Rosado was left in no man's land by his defense there! 5 minutes into the game, Walker Calderwood was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hackensack AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Gorda Fc the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Hackensack AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walker Calderwood to maneuver through the defense. Hackensack AFC's Clint Rosado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Hackensack AFC from getting a goal against them. Loren Crane came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Hackensack AFC's Philip Cegielski. But to his dismay, Philip Cegielski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 16th minute Walker Calderwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loren Crane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clint Rosado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raphael Hammond in the 20th minute. If Edgardo McNeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Raphael Hammond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raphael Hammond struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Clint Rosado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Gorda Fc. Brady Lamb kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Clint Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo McNeal in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Edgardo McNeal managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Gorda Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo McNeal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clint Rosado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Hackensack AFC's zone, Raphael Hammond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clint Rosado came out of the goal and Raphael Hammond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo McNeal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clint Rosado having to make a save. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raphael Hammond to strike the kick off in the second half. When La Gorda Fc's Raphael Hammond in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hackensack AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Loren Crane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Cegielski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tad Grant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raphael Hammond might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clint Rosado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raphael Hammond ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute, Philip Cegielski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedict LeBlanc scored 1-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loren Crane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute, Riley Cordova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76thth minute of the game Raphael Hammond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hackensack AFC's Clint Rosado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clint Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphael Hammond in the 78th minute of play. Clint Rosado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Hammond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedict LeBlanc in the 82nd minute of play forced La Gorda Fc's goalkeeper Loren Crane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, La Gorda Fc's goalkeeper Loren Crane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Hancock. Raphael Hammond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo McNeal struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Clint Rosado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Gorda Fc. The La Gorda Fc manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Hackensack AFC to win.
