Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes North Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Choi. Neenah's Mason Keene couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for North Chicago. Micah Shepard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar LeBlanc having to interfere. Edgar LeBlanc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dalton Blankenship went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 10th match minute, North Chicago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilbert Hathaway to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Neenah's goalkeeper Len Hollis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roy Shipman. Leroy Irwin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Len Hollis made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Roy Shipman took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Len Hollis to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the match, Roy Shipman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Len Hollis. Neenah's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roy Shipman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Micah Shepard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Neenah's Len Hollis got control of the ball when Roy Shipman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 46 minutes, Micah Shepard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neenah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Micah Shepard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalton Blankenship was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Malcolm Greer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Len Hollis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitch Charles in the 59th minute of the match. Len Hollis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Lowry in the 62nd minute of play. Len Hollis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Lowry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Neenah's Bryce Huerta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgar LeBlanc. Edgar LeBlanc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Neenah's Len Hollis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leroy Irwin in the 69th minute of play. Edgar LeBlanc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Lockett in the 77th minute. Micah Shepard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Edgar LeBlanc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roy Shipman hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Len Hollis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitch Charles, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Len Hollis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Shipman in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, North Chicago's Tobias Lowry nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Len Hollis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. North Chicago were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Neenah for a fine match.
