Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dalton Blankenship took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rosario Friedman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalton Blankenship's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Micah Shepard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Neenah defense, Rick Mock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Len Hollis. The Neenah fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Len Hollis should have stopped the shot. Micah Shepard struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Rosario Friedman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neenah. Len Hollis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin McCloud in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Mason Keene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosario Friedman came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Neenah's Micah Shepard. But to his dismay, Micah Shepard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Len Hollis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rick Mock, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute of the match, Max Lockett got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rosario Friedman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39th minute, Leroy Reece made a precise shot to the right of Len Hollis. Neenah's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Dalton Blankenship had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Max Lockett got free with Rosario Friedman in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Kalaheo FC's zone, Micah Shepard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosario Friedman came out of the goal and Micah Shepard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rosario Friedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Lockett in the 59th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quentin Henry during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kalaheo FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Quentin Henry hit a great ball. Len Hollis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Max Lockett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosario Friedman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kalaheo FC's Christian Keenan got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute, Mason Keene sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kalaheo FC's Rosario Friedman didn't even have to move. In the 74th minute, Kalaheo FC's Rick Mock dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, Quentin Henry dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Len Hollis, 1-4. In the 85th minute, Franklin McCloud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Len Hollis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. If Max Lockett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalaheo FC's goalkeeper Rosario Friedman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Kalaheo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Neenah throughout the match.
