With a left leg Rudolf Ferris saved West Jordan from getting behind. After 3 minutes, Jon Hewitt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Jordan and the New Cordells players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jon Hewitt kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Rudolf Ferris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eli Hawley went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Casey Davila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Paige in the 12th minute of play forced New Cordells's goalkeeper Bo Craig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in New Cordells's zone, Stacy Paige stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bo Craig came out of the goal and Stacy Paige tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of New Cordells booed when West Jordan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stacy Paige didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Hewitt got free with Bo Craig in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Eli Hawley managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Cordells's supporters rose to their feet, but Eli Hawley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Ferris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, New Cordells's goalkeeper Bo Craig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casey Davila. After a defensive mix-up in West Jordan's zone, Ronny Abraham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Ferris came out of the goal and Ronny Abraham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of West Jordan booed when New Cordells was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrod Medley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bo Craig came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by West Jordan's Casey Davila. But to his dismay, Casey Davila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eli Hawley to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes New Cordells got a freekick which was hit by Forrest Weston. Rudolf Ferris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eli Hawley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudolf Ferris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eli Hawley, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Stacy Paige's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bo Craig was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 74thth minute of the game Stacy Paige who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Cordells's Bo Craig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of West Jordan booed when New Cordells was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrod Medley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stacy Paige sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute of the match Manuel Alvarez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Craig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stacy Paige sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 minutes West Jordan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Terrell Ciccaglione who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 99 minutes, Terrell Ciccaglione managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Cordells's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrell Ciccaglione was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
