Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cody Perkins made the kick off which started today's match. Flint Moreno hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute Cody Perkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wally Gann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wally Gann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cody Perkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Cody Perkins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferndale FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cody Perkins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wally Gann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the match, Chamblee's goalkeeper Wally Gann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Blake Hanley. In the 18th minute, Salvador Corley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Chamblee's Shawn Robles got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 0-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Cobi Thomason elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ferndale FC's Logan Ezell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Temple in the 33rd minute of play. Logan Ezell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cobi Thomason's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. If Blake Hanley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Chamblee were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cobi Thomason stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Logan Ezell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cobi Thomason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ferndale FC's goalkeeper Logan Ezell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Logan Ezell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cobi Thomason in the 61st minute of the match. Logan Ezell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cobi Thomason in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Chamblee's Osvaldo Manning dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Blake Hanley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Wally Gann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cody Perkins in the 73rd minute of play forced Chamblee's goalkeeper Wally Gann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wally Gann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cody Perkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cobi Thomason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Logan Ezell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Logan Ezell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cobi Thomason in the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Ferndale FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dustin Washington came free, but Logan Ezell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Mannings short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Logan Ezell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Ferndale FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Jon Mendoza hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Chamblee's goal looked a bit too open when Blake Hanley came free, but Wally Gann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Cody Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chamblee's Wally Gann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Logan Ezell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Temple went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Chamblee supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chamblee would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
