An unexpectedly hard shot by Basil Beckman in the 14th minute of play forced CHICAGO UTA's goalkeeper Florian Sochacki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21st play minutes Fabian Popa shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Willie Moore and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in West Longview FC's zone, Fabian Popa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willie Moore came out of the goal and Fabian Popa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Warren McCord's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Willie Moore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Manuel Boles hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Morgan Gold from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Willie Moore's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, CHICAGO UTA's Reynaldo Lowe got a free kick in the 35th minute. Fabian Popa might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willie Moore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Popa ran back to his position shaking his head. Willie Moore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Popa's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the game, one of CHICAGO UTA:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. CHICAGO UTA:s Florian Sochacki showed great skill when he stopped Manuel Boles:s penalty. The supporters of West Longview FC booed when CHICAGO UTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Gold didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Landon Chen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Willie Moore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 70 minutes, Vincenzo Hedrick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CHICAGO UTA and the West Longview FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes into the match, West Longview FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Popa came free, but Willie Moore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Taylor Zepeda took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Florian Sochacki to make any attempt to save it. Willie Moore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Landon Chen in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Nathan Babcock fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of West Longview FC booed when CHICAGO UTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Lowe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Boles got free with Florian Sochacki in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florian Sochacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudy Mason, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Morgan Gold sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Willie Moore skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Wade Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot. CHICAGO UTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Wade Calderon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willie Moore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CHICAGO UTA fully deserved thier win.
