After a rather tough play, Biscayne AFC's Bill McDonald got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Richard Alvarado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilfred Drew. Biscayne AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richard Alvarado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to colorado rapids getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Richard Alvarado hit a great ball. Lucas Hadley struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Genaro Abernathy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Biscayne AFC. In the 21st minute of the match, Lionel Barrios tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Genaro Abernathy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Lucas Hadley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, colorado rapids's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lucas Hadley fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 26 minutes into the game, Lionel Barrios recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Genaro Abernathy. Lionel Barrios showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After some careless play in the colorado rapids defense, Lucas Hadley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Genaro Abernathy. The colorado rapids fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Genaro Abernathy should have stopped the shot. Lucas Hadley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Biscayne AFC's Bill McDonald got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Tyrese Kaufman made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Biscayne AFC's Hunter Maurer made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Genaro Abernathy was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Biscayne AFC's zone, Tyrese Kaufman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfred Drew came out of the goal and Tyrese Kaufman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, colorado rapids's Theron Baird got a free kick in the 59th minute. Lucas Hadley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Abernathy having to make a save. If Kurt Keenan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrese Kaufman in the 66th minute of play forced Biscayne AFC's goalkeeper Wilfred Drew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tyrese Kaufman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilfred Drew was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 71st minute Lucas Hadley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Abernathy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biscayne AFC's Wilfred Drew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Traylor in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Biscayne AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bill McDonald hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Tyrese Kaufman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilfred Drew. Tyrese Kaufman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Tyrese Kaufman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Wilfred Drew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Hadley kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match.
