Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Amite City's Gregorio Payne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Loren Strange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Solomon Crowe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lyle Parson in the 14th minute of play forced Amite City's goalkeeper Loren Strange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Amite City's goal looked a bit too open when Lyle Parson came free, but Loren Strange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Wilmer Watt in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by kartal1881's Eliseo Louis. 25 minutes into the game, Benny Ewing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Loren Strange was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Loren Strange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lyle Parson in the 37th minute of play. Loren Strange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benny Ewing in the 42nd minute of the match. Loren Strange came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by kartal1881's Lyle Parson. But to his dismay, Lyle Parson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benny Ewing made a kick off. Gregorio Payne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gregorio Payne fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amite City's protests and gave Gregorio Payne a yellow card for diving instead. Gregorio Payne hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Amite City's goalkeeper Loren Strange had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lyle Parson. The supporters of kartal1881 booed when Amite City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Esposito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darrel Guerrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Payne in the 78th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Gilbert Reid left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amite City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Benny Ewing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lyle Parson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Loren Strange made a huge save. kartal1881 played a much better game than Amite City and deserved their victory. The Amite City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
