Elliott Finney could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Michael Curry made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elliott Finney got free with Michael Curry in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, TheFALK's Michael Curry got control of the ball when Homer Stratton tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Jon Moran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catlin AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TheFALK the free kick. The supporters of TheFALK booed when Catlin AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Moran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claude Rhoades received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Tommy Byers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathan Molina in the 28th minute of play forced TheFALK's goalkeeper Michael Curry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Catlin AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aidan Zeigler. The crowd rose to their feet as Catlin AFC's Elliott Finney slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michael Curry. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. Kasey Maxwell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Calloway hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nathan Molina made a kick off. Catlin AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Claude Rhoades scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Byers, making the score, 2-1. Rusty Kerr charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rusty Kerr the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rusty Kerr hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, TheFALK's Claude Rhoades broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Scott Crowell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. After some careless play in the TheFALK defense, Homer Stratton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Curry. The TheFALK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Curry should have stopped the shot. Michael Curry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aidan Zeigler, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Homer Stratton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Michael Curry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Curry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Homer Stratton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Curry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Finney in the 89th minute of the match. After 95 minutes of play, Catlin AFC's Nathan Molina made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
