Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nathan Molina kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Catlin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brett Mixon to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Clark Murphy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Byers showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Munford's goalkeeper Erik Cotton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elliott Finney. Mohammad Keller scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Byers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Nathan Molina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Cotton. Nathan Molina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Nathan Molina was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Catlin AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Colby Cline received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tommy Byers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Colby Cline managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Colby Cline was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Munford's Erik Cotton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Munford from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mohammad Keller to strike the kick off in the second half. Colby Cline's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Byers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Rusty Kerr hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Tommy Byers made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Colby Cline sent off a good shot on target. Duke Andersen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tommy Byers. Catlin AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Colby Cline who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Tommy Byers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Colby Cline had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, Aidan Zeigler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catlin AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Munford the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Catlin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aidan Zeigler to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Munford's goal looked a bit too open when Nathan Molina came free, but Erik Cotton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathan Molina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Munford's Erik Cotton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathan Molina in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, Catlin AFC's Tommy Byers got control of the ball when Colby Cline tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colby Cline received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Tommy Byers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nathan Molina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Cotton having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Munford's zone, Nathan Molina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Cotton came out of the goal and Nathan Molina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Catlin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Colby Cline came free, but Tommy Byers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
