Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rick Nicholas got the match started through his kick off. After 2 minutes, Bill Friedman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alameda FC and the Lenoir players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute Al Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryant Madison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Al Booth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryant Madison was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Loren Wong took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryant Madison. Bryant Madison dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 15th minute, Al Booth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryant Madison was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bryant Madison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Booth in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Al Booth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryant Madison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Al Booth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alameda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Al Booth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryant Madison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Dillon Downs, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bryant Madison was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 33 minutes, Rick Nicholas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lenoir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rick Nicholas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alameda FC's Dillon Downs got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Cason Stover managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lenoir's supporters rose to their feet, but Cason Stover was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Devin Sheridan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the game, Alameda FC's Al Booth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bryant Madison made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Dillon Downs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Alameda FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dillon Downs to strike the kick off in the second half. Devin Sheridan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick Nicholas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Al Booth's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bryant Madison firmly grabbed it by the left post. After having played for 70 minutes, Cason Stover managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lenoir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cason Stover was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Alameda FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sydney Cannon hit a great ball. Cason Stover struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Devin Sheridan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lenoir. Dillon Downs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryant Madison having to interfere. Dillon Downs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryant Madison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Bryant Madison successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
