Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ulysses Bowers got the match started through his kick off. Winfred Charles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Wade, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Kurtis MacKenzie was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Bon Air FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulysses Bowers in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derrick Sorensen saved South Venice from getting behind. Kurtis MacKenzie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 played minutes South Venice got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Delgado. Ulysses Bowers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Derrick Sorensen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cameron Lyle in the 15th minute of play forced Bon Air FC's goalkeeper Winfred Charles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bon Air FC's Antoine Tyler got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Ron Wade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winfred Charles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winfred Charles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto McCray in the 29th minute of play. Antoine Tyler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Antoine Tyler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulysses Bowers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Derrick Sorensen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Derrick Sorensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurtis MacKenzie in the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, South Venice's Rigoberto McCray made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Winfred Charles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ron Wade to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reyes Rasmussen in the 53rd minute of play forced South Venice's goalkeeper Derrick Sorensen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ulysses Bowers sped through South Venice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Derrick Sorensen. In the 64th minute, Kurtis MacKenzie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Derrick Sorensen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Kurtis MacKenzie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antoine Tyler during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antoine Tyler kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Antoine Tyler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Derrick Sorensen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the South Venice defense, Kurtis MacKenzie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Derrick Sorensen. The South Venice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Derrick Sorensen should have stopped the shot. If Kurtis MacKenzie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, South Venice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bradly Bolton to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulysses Bowers during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, Ulysses Bowers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the game, Ethan Weathers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South Venice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bon Air FC the free kick. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for South Venice! Loren Cardona placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! There was no doubt that Bon Air FC were the better team. Bon Air FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
