Willie Stratton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tyler Blevins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Tyler Blevins got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Maili fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Morehead City AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
