Eatonville AFC's Sammy Mack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thaddeus Kearns in the 3rd minute of play. Willy Glover received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Sammy Mack tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Eatonville AFC's Wilmer Lancaster nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willie Garner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Grant Winkler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Eatonville AFC booed when Siesta Key AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mason Flint didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wilmer Lancaster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grant Winkler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willie Garner having to interfere. Willie Garner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Winkler, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Willie Garner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grant Winkler in the 35th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Siesta Key AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Grant Winkler came free, but Willie Garner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Grant Winkler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Willie Garner, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 50th minute, Enrique Walter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Siesta Key AFC got a freekick which was hit by German Olson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grant Winkler in the 56th minute of play forced Siesta Key AFC's goalkeeper Willie Garner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Grant Winkler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willie Garner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Siesta Key AFC! Willie Garner went to the wrong direction when Freddy Chase was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Darron Goss hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 71st play minute Willy Glover came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sammy Mack. 2-1. In the 82nd minute, Gavin Quintana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Siesta Key AFC booed when Eatonville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Winkler didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Willy Glover came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Siesta Key AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willy Glover couldn't finish the play. In the 87th minute of the match, Thaddeus Kearns tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sammy Mack saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thaddeus Kearns received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sammy Mack came out and tried to block the shot, but Thaddeus Kearns slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 89th minute. Gavin Quintana was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gavin Quintana kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
