Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Denny Harden took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Virgil Horner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bruce Gleason was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th minute, Ryan McConnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th match minute, Welby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Werner Gauthier to maneuver through the defense. Matthew Hopson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Roland in the 18th minute of play. Matthew Hopson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Roland in the 22nd minute of the match. Virgil Horner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th match minute, Welby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Werner Gauthier to maneuver through the defense. Val Cody might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruce Gleason. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Val Cody ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute of the game, Marlon Robles landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 30 minutes, Ryan McConnell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golden Valley and the Welby players grew even worse after the yellow card. Welby's Manuel Brownell was substituted for Marlon Robles. Ryan McConnell hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute 余森凡 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Hopson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quentin Roland in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthew Hopson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matthew Hopson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Welby's 余森凡. But to his dismay, 余森凡 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 余森凡 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Welby's Quentin Roland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matthew Hopson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quentin Roland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 余森凡 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Roland in the 53rd minute of play forced Golden Valley's goalkeeper Matthew Hopson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matthew Hopson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Roland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 63 minutes on the clock, Carson Lozano commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Matthew Hopson made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when 余森凡 sent off a good shot on target. Eduardo Henderson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Quentin Roland succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. A collision led to Welby getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Heriberto McDonald hit a great ball. 余森凡 succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Matthew Hopson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Roland in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Quentin Roland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthew Hopson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 89th minute, Welby's Quentin Roland dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Golden Valley's Matthew Hopson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Roland in the 96th minute of play.
