After taking down the ball on Legends FC's corner Asher McGowan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benny Whitney quite easily take care of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Jamel Spangler notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Beech Grove FC's Benny Whitney. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benny Whitney, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jamel Spangler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Benny Whitney made a huge save. After some careless play in the Legends FC defense, Emilio Posey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dallas Mack. The Legends FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dallas Mack should have stopped the shot. In the 97th minute, Ned Bush hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Legends FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
