After 9 played minutes Istanbul Spor got a freekick which was hit by Patrício Albuquerque. In the 11th minute, Raymundo Fenton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Riley Braswell successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as RIVERSIDE F.C.'s Osvaldo Fulton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Riley Braswell. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. In the 25th minute RIVERSIDE F.C. were awarded a corner. Donald Cerna went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casey Connolly in the 28th minute of play forced RIVERSIDE F.C.'s goalkeeper Alistair Greenwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RIVERSIDE F.C.'s Alistair Greenwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Madden in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, RIVERSIDE F.C.'s Brandon Bristol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Riley Braswell. Riley Braswell came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by RIVERSIDE F.C.'s Brandon Bristol. But to his dismay, Brandon Bristol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Alistair Greenwood made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Madden in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casey Connolly in the 90th minute of play forced RIVERSIDE F.C.'s goalkeeper Alistair Greenwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alistair Greenwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casey Connolly, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Osvaldo Fulton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Riley Braswell was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 98th minute, Patrício Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, RIVERSIDE F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Istanbul Spor having more of the ball for most of the match.
