When Errol Grossman fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orange Beach AFC's protests and gave Errol Grossman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Orange Beach AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Errol Grossman to maneuver through the defense. Mümin Bilgiç who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Bernie Hand when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edgardo Welsh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Meireles having to make a save. Timmy Gonzales's late challenge caught a Orange Beach AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timmy Gonzales helped the player get up and apologised. Mümin Bilgiç's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Bernie Hand skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Errol Grossman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Meireles having to interfere. A hard shot 23 in the game by Mümin Bilgiç from a close distance when the talented Bernie Hand managed to make a qualified save. Orange Beach AFC's players were relieved. After 28 played minutes, Royal Knight Lions's Dalton Calvert shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernie Hand came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Royal Knight Lions reached it. Tyler Wolfe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Bernie Hand made a huge save. Lisandro Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernie Hand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Mümin Bilgiç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernie Hand came out and tried to block the shot, but Mümin Bilgiç slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 39th minute. Mümin Bilgiç struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Bernie Hand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Royal Knight Lions. An unexpectedly hard shot by Errol Grossman in the 45th minute of play forced Royal Knight Lions's goalkeeper Francisco Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Larry Messer's late challenge caught a Orange Beach AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Larry Messer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Orange Beach AFC booed when Royal Knight Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry Messer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Royal Knight Lions's zone, Edgardo Welsh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Meireles came out of the goal and Edgardo Welsh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Errol Grossman to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Errol Grossman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francisco Meireles. That made the score 4-1 in the 54 minute of play. A collision led to Royal Knight Lions getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tyler Wolfe hit a great ball. Mümin Bilgiç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Errol Grossman came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Orange Beach AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Errol Grossman couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the game, Errol Grossman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Francisco Meireles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Mümin Bilgiç sped through Orange Beach AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernie Hand. With his leg Francisco Meireles managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Orange Beach AFC's Edgardo Welsh fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 93rd minute of the match, Errol Grossman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Francisco Meireles saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Royal Knight Lions's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
