Spectators: 6283 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1255, VIP seats: 28) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jim Franklin started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Nicholas Swanson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Team Cookie and the Royal Knight Lions players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Team Cookie getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Nicholas Swanson hit a great ball. Kristopher Herget came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Royal Knight Lions's Lisandro Garcia. But to his dismay, Lisandro Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Team Cookie defense, Tyler Wolfe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristopher Herget. The Team Cookie fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristopher Herget should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Mümin Bilgiç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristopher Herget was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Mümin Bilgiç struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Kristopher Herget didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Royal Knight Lions. Team Cookie's Rupert McGinnis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Francisco Meireles in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Royal Knight Lions's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Jim Franklin scored to the left of an out of position Francisco Meireles, making the score, 1-2. Rupert McGinnis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Meireles having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Garcia in the 42nd minute of play forced Team Cookie's goalkeeper Kristopher Herget to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Lisandro Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristopher Herget was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 45 played minutes Royal Knight Lions got a freekick which was hit by Dalton Calvert. After the first half Royal Knight Lions were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rupert McGinnis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Francisco Meireles. Royal Knight Lions's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Francisco Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trent Schumacher, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Nicholas Swanson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Team Cookie's Nicholas Swanson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Nicholas Swanson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Mümin Bilgiç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristopher Herget. Team Cookie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mümin Bilgiç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After some careless play in the Team Cookie defense, Mümin Bilgiç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristopher Herget. The Team Cookie fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristopher Herget should have stopped the shot. Mümin Bilgiç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristopher Herget made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mümin Bilgiç in the 80th minute. If Mümin Bilgiç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rupert McGinnis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Francisco Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mümin Bilgiç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Royal Knight Lions's goalkeeper Francisco Meireles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Trent Schumacher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Cookie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Royal Knight Lions the free kick. Trent Schumacher kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Royal Knight Lions left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Team Cookie.
