Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Barry McCoy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Red Blood's Johnson Malone got control of the ball when Thomas Varela tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 played minutes Rialto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Joyce. Johnson Malone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Varela in the 15th minute. Sherwood Joyce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnson Malone having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rialto AFC's Shawn Dupre got a free kick in the 17th minute. Cristobal Youngblood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elton Vernon having to interfere. Elton Vernon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barry McCoy in the 22nd minute of the match. Cristobal Youngblood struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Elton Vernon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Blood. Tracy Bennett kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Shawn Dupre's late challenge caught a Red Blood's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shawn Dupre helped the player get up and apologised. After 31 played minutes Rialto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Shawn Dupre. Johnson Malone made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Thomas Varela sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Varela got free with Johnson Malone in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the game, Alfonso Fuller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Blood's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rialto AFC the free kick. In the 38th minute, Alfonso Fuller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thomas Varela made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 39thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Johnson Malone would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Woody Lord was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Sherwood Joyce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sherwood Joyce was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Thomas Varela notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Red Blood's Johnson Malone. Johnson Malone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Sherwood Joyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th match minute, Rialto AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Dye to maneuver through the defense. Johnson Malone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sherwood Joyce in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sherwood Joyce in the 63rd minute of play forced Red Blood's goalkeeper Johnson Malone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Woody Lord hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rialto AFC's Felipe Rosales got a free kick in the 75th minute. Cristobal Youngblood could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Elton Vernon made a huge save. Red Blood's Johnson Malone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Varela in the 81st minute of play. Johnson Malone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sherwood Joyce in the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Red Blood's goal looked a bit too open when Sherwood Joyce came free, but Johnson Malone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Shawn Dupre suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Lane Sheppard's late challenge caught a Rialto AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lane Sheppard helped the player get up and apologised.
