Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pedro Vargas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. DAWGS's Denver Barton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Vargas in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Pedro Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farmer City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Lyle Schaefer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Pedro Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farmer City AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Vargas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denver Barton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Farmer City AFC's Reginald Valentine got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute of the match Francesco Painter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lee Murry showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Jonathon Case was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Farmer City AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DAWGS the free kick. The supporters of DAWGS booed when Farmer City AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathon Case didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 minutes of play Farmer City AFC's Jonathon Case was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Farmer City AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jonathon Case hit a great ball. Lee Murry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Bartlett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edmund Bartlett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Gilberto Willett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Pedro Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denver Barton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Edmund Bartlett made the kick off in the second half. Edmund Bartlett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 played minutes, DAWGS's Francesco Painter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lee Murry came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DAWGS reached it. 61 minutes into the match, DAWGS's Errol Dye sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lee Murry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lyle Schaefer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Edmund Bartlett's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lee Murry was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. If Lyle Schaefer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Reginald Valentine lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Denver Barton. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Lyle Schaefer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farmer City AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lyle Schaefer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denver Barton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lee Murry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Errol Dye in the 78th minute of play. Errol Dye struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Lee Murry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DAWGS. The supporters of DAWGS booed when Farmer City AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lyle Schaefer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francesco Painter took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lee Murry. Farmer City AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pedro Vargas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denver Barton having to interfere. Lee Murry didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Bartlett went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Farmer City AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing DAWGS to leave the ground with a draw.
