Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Santo Villa started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Glenview's Philip Oakley got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 5 played minutes Glenview got a freekick which was hit by Rolland Salter. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolland Salter got free with Wilfredo Coffey in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Miami Angels FC booed when Glenview was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxwell Scales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Braun having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Glenview's Jude Cegielski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Wilfredo Coffey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heriberto Bullard in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Glenview's Heriberto Bullard got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Santo Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfredo Coffey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theron Landreth, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Teobald Bronkala struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Karl Braun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miami Angels FC. Wilfredo Coffey made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Jude Cegielski sent off a good shot on target. Santo Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Karl Braun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Miami Angels FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Coffey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Heriberto Bullard. In the 36th minute, Rolland Salter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glenview fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, Miami Angels FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Metz came free, but Wilfredo Coffey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolland Salter's late challenge caught a Miami Angels FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolland Salter helped the player get up and apologised. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theron Landreth to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Rolland Salter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58thth minute of the game Santo Villa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glenview's Karl Braun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 minutes, Tristan Francis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miami Angels FC and the Glenview players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Tristan Francis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Coffey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theron Landreth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Miami Angels FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cason Dickson hit a great ball. In the 67th match minute, Glenview was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jude Cegielski to maneuver through the defense. After 76 minutes of play, Glenview's Rolland Salter made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Coffey was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute Karl Metz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Coffey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilfredo Coffey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jude Cegielski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Coffey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heriberto Bullard in the 86th minute of play. When Philip Oakley fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glenview's protests and gave Philip Oakley a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Glenview! Teobald Bronkala shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Teobald Bronkala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Glenview fully deserved thier win.
