Spectators: 6230 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1230, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Warner Pritchard started the match with the kick off. Warner Pritchard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Carolina Storm's goal looked a bit too open when Marvin Marrero came free, but Alfredo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernát Markos got free with Aaron Aviles in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Gomes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connor Merritt, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Warner Pritchard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Aviles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Warner Pritchard's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Alfredo Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marvin Marrero in the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Warner Pritchard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carolina Storm's supporters rose to their feet, but Warner Pritchard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aaron Aviles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marvin Marrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Carolina Storm's Warner Pritchard got a free kick in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Connor Merritt in the 44th minute of play forced Carolina Storm's goalkeeper Alfredo Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Gomes came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Roscoe's Connor Merritt. But to his dismay, Connor Merritt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marvin Marrero to make the kick off. Connor Merritt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Alfredo Gomes made a huge save. Warner Pritchard might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aaron Aviles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Warner Pritchard ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot by Alistair Le Van from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Alfredo Gomes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Warner Pritchard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Roscoe booed when Carolina Storm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernát Markos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricky Norton in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfredo Gomes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfredo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marvin Marrero in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Warner Pritchard in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Aviles saved Roscoe from getting behind. In the 69th minute of the match, Connor Merritt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfredo Gomes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Roscoe's Connor Merritt got a free kick in the 71st minute. Alfredo Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marvin Marrero in the 80th minute of the match.
