Todd Parker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Sumner struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Chad Shaw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kendall Green. After a rather tough play, Kendall Green's Quincy Holman got a free kick in the 11th minute. Santo Sumner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chad Shaw having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Quentin Rowe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mervin Baez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kendall Green's Santo Sumner got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28thth minute of the game Santo Sumner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colquitt's Chad Shaw was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Todd Parker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Colquitt's Bradley Rios broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 39th minute, Santo Sumner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santo Sumner in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chad Shaw, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Merrill Brock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kendall Green's supporters rose to their feet, but Merrill Brock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chad Shaw breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Devon Adkins was the one to do the kick off. Kendall Green's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rich Jernigan in the 52nd minute. Donny Dodge kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Rich Jernigan struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Chad Shaw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kendall Green. After 57 played minutes Colquitt got a freekick which was hit by Donny Dodge. In the 58th minute of the match Rich Jernigan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chad Shaw showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mervin Baez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harvey Newsome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chad Shaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Sumner in the 70th minute of play. Santo Sumner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chad Shaw having to interfere. Chad Shaw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Sumner, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Santo Sumner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Santo Sumner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chad Shaw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Sumner, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Steven Pugh kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes, Kendall Green's Rich Jernigan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chad Shaw came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kendall Green reached it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
