A collision led to Sulphur getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Antonio Burns hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Monroe McNally shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desmond Coats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16thth minute of the game Toby Sharpe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sulphur's Desmond Coats was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Toby Sharpe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Desmond Coats was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Monroe McNally fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desmond Coats having to interfere. Desmond Coats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monroe McNally in the 23rd minute of play. Tommie Scott hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Antonio Burns hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Garret Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Desmond Coats was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The Seoul FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Seoul FC's Monroe McNally looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 34th minute, Monroe McNally ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Desmond Coats was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 37th match minute, Sulphur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Burns to maneuver through the defense. Toby Sharpe took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Desmond Coats. Desmond Coats dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Monroe McNally received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Desmond Coats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corey Strong hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Romeo Burke sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sulphur's Desmond Coats didn't even have to move. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Hightower to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Sulphur's Desmond Coats got control of the ball when Toby Sharpe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Burns charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Burns the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Antonio Burns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Sulphur getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sulphur's Desmond Coats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Sulphur from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Sulphur's goalkeeper Desmond Coats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toby Sharpe. Sulphur's Antonio Burns got his second yellow card of the match in the 62nd minute. The referee ordered Antonio Burns off the ground. In the 62nd match minute, Sulphur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Burns to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 64 in the game by Toby Sharpe from a close distance when the talented Desmond Coats managed to make a qualified save. Sulphur's players were relieved. After 65 played minutes Sulphur got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Christian. Mario Hightower hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Monroe McNally sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desmond Coats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monroe McNally, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Monroe McNally fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desmond Coats having to interfere. Seoul FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
