With an extended leg and a bit of luck DeAndre Huston prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, FC DALLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Medeiros came free, but DeAndre Huston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DeAndre Huston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luther Freeman in the 7th minute of play. Skippack's Steve Cummins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Skippack from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, FC DALLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Reginald Ivey came free, but DeAndre Huston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Troy Diggs charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Troy Diggs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jim Lanier hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Tyrell Abel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but DeAndre Huston read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Erik Medeiros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. DeAndre Huston was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. DeAndre Huston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Medeiros in the 49th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Medeiros to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Reginald Ivey kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving DeAndre Huston. That made the score 0-5 in the 61 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Skippack's Erik Medeiros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of DeAndre Huston. That made the score 0-6 after 67 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Tyrell Abel sped through FC DALLAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of DeAndre Huston. When Curt Segura fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skippack's protests and gave Curt Segura a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Skippack's Curt Segura got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Jim Lanier hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Steve Cummins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yong Dorsey's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. FC DALLAS's Randolph Carson got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 87 minutes of play, FC DALLAS's Yong Dorsey made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steve Cummins was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Randolph Carson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steve Cummins was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. DeAndre Huston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Skippack's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
