Bret Hurley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Randolph Carson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC DALLAS booed when South Hutchinson was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Luna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th match minute, FC DALLAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Lanier to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of South Hutchinson booed when FC DALLAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stan Geiger didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jim Lanier was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, James Waldron took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for DeAndre Huston to make any attempt to save it. DeAndre Huston made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leroy Healy in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Root in the 96th minute of play forced FC DALLAS's goalkeeper DeAndre Huston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Randolph Carson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, FC DALLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Root came free, but DeAndre Huston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The South Hutchinson supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing South Hutchinson would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
