Zachery Potter helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Metasoccer booed when Portola Hills FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachery Potter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachery Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Metasoccer's Giuseppe McAlpin got control of the ball when Dante Drew tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcellus Rodriquez's late challenge caught a Metasoccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waylon Walker in the 43rd minute of play forced Portola Hills FC's goalkeeper Collin Bateman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Portola Hills FC's Dante Drew made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giuseppe McAlpin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zachery Potter to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Portola Hills FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcellus Rodriquez. A collision led to Metasoccer getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ernesto Billings hit a great ball. In the 56th match minute, Metasoccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Billings to maneuver through the defense. Waylon Walker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Collin Bateman made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Waylon Walker sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, Portola Hills FC's Dante Drew sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giuseppe McAlpin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Waylon Walker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Collin Bateman made a huge save. Portola Hills FC's Collin Bateman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Portola Hills FC from getting a goal against them. Christian Adams sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
