After 34 minutes, Cedric Bryson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Citizens FC and the Oyster Bay FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cedric Bryson kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Von Ambriz in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Funk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jasper Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Oyster Bay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jasper Lucero couldn't finish the play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jasper Lucero to strike the kick off in the second half. Enrique Annan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 52nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Jasper Lucero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luther McGill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Annan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Luther McGill made a huge save. Darrel Cedillo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Jaime Funk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Von Ambriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Damon Barrow kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Jasper Lucero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 81st minute, Cameron Cullen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Lucero in the 84th minute of play forced Citizens FC's goalkeeper Luther McGill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Oyster Bay FC's Luther McGill threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jasper Lucero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cameron Cullen made a great header on Citizens FC's corner, it was just that Oyster Bay FC's Jaime Funk managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Oyster Bay FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
