Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Freddy Blount started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jessie Skaggs hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Cameron Cullen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Louie Lange made a huge save. Cameron Cullen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Louie Lange read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. DeAndre Stanton hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Citizens FC's Von Ambriz in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pitcairn's goalie prevented a goal. Len Finley kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Pitcairn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Von Ambriz scored to the left of an out of position Louie Lange, making the score, 1-0. When Theodore Wilkerson fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pitcairn's protests and gave Theodore Wilkerson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pitcairn getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Theodore Wilkerson hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Pitcairn's goal looked a bit too open when Von Ambriz came free, but Louie Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd play minute Cameron Cullen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Louie Lange. 3-0. Louie Lange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Von Ambriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kristofer Donnelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Von Ambriz to strike the kick off in the second half. Louie Lange stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cameron Cullen's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 57th minute, Von Ambriz made a precise shot to the right of Louie Lange. Pitcairn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Freddy Blount struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Luther McGill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pitcairn. 70 minutes into the match, Pitcairn's goal looked a bit too open when Cameron Cullen came free, but Louie Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Len Finley hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Pitcairn's Louie Lange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Von Ambriz in the 71st minute of play. When Theodore Wilkerson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. After 78 played minutes Pitcairn got a freekick which was hit by Theodore Wilkerson. Cameron Cullen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Louie Lange tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colby Klein's late challenge caught a Pitcairn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Colby Klein helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cameron Cullen in the 90th minute of play forced Pitcairn's goalkeeper Louie Lange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cameron Cullen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pitcairn's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
