Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) Tommie Sullivan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tommie Sullivan in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Judd saved Charging Alpacas from getting behind. 7 minutes into the match, Highview FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dalton Clifton came free, but Fred Bailey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 11 minutes, Angelo Honeycutt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Highview FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Honeycutt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Bailey Myles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keenan Aranda struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fred Bailey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charging Alpacas. When Armando Milton came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Charging Alpacas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Milton couldn't finish the play. Keenan Aranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Bailey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keenan Aranda in the 24th minute. Angelo Honeycutt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Judd having to interfere. If Tommie Sullivan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Theodore Lane, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alberto Judd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommie Sullivan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Honeycutt in the 40th minute of play forced Charging Alpacas's goalkeeper Alberto Judd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommie Sullivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalton Clifton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Fred Bailey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The referee showed Bailey Myles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Highview FC's Bailey Myles got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Keenan Aranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charging Alpacas's supporters rose to their feet, but Keenan Aranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fred Bailey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fred Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalton Clifton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommie Sullivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Charging Alpacas's Keenan Aranda in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Highview FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Charging Alpacas's goalkeeper Alberto Judd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
