Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cobi Bruce got the match started through his kick off. Samuel Ruth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johnathon Coleman in the 5th minute. A collision led to North Springfield getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Kris Bennett hit a great ball. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Springfield's goalkeeper Samuel Ruth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathon Coleman got free with Samuel Ruth in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kris Bennett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Norman Newton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cobi Bruce in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Ruth saved North Springfield from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, North Springfield's goalkeeper Samuel Ruth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Scott Spencer. In the 33rd match minute, North Springfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Torres to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Cobi Bruce notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of North Springfield's Samuel Ruth. Samuel Ruth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Ruth made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Johnathon Coleman sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Daniel Shelton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zachariah Posey to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of North Springfield booed when Tysons Corner AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flint Titus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kris Bennett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Norman Newton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Caleb Cutler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kris Bennett got free with Norman Newton in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Samuel Ruth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caleb Cutler, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Zachariah Posey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Norman Newton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in North Springfield's zone, Cobi Bruce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Ruth came out of the goal and Cobi Bruce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Zachariah Posey managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Springfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachariah Posey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norman Newton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. North Springfield's Samuel Ruth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnathon Coleman in the 68th minute of play. Samuel Ruth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnathon Coleman in the 71st minute of play. Johnathon Coleman took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Ruth. Samuel Ruth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Norman Newton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kris Bennett in the 76th minute. A collision led to Tysons Corner AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Scott Spencer hit a great ball. Samuel Ruth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnathon Coleman's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Flint Titus kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. North Springfield's Zachariah Posey got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samuel Ruth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cobi Bruce in the 89th minute of play. Zachariah Posey struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Norman Newton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for North Springfield. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariah Posey in the 94th minute of play forced Tysons Corner AFC's goalkeeper Norman Newton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Tysons Corner AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
