Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jarrod Whitt kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Jarrod Whitt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flash's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarrod Whitt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bailey Kirkland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Willie Hale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When NY Metropolitans's Dallas Altman in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flash's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Luis Velez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bailey Kirkland. The goal made the score 1-0. Stephan Caudill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dallas Altman in the 16th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Velez during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Flash was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Velez to maneuver through the defense. Stephan Caudill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickey Gonzalez in the 19th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dallas Altman in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephan Caudill saved Flash from getting behind. Bailey Kirkland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zackary Nieves, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrod Whitt in the 25th minute of play forced NY Metropolitans's goalkeeper Bailey Kirkland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dallas Altman in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephan Caudill saved Flash from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Dallas Altman put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stephan Caudill. In the last second Bailey Kirkland throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jarrod Whitt in the 31stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dallas Altman in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephan Caudill saved Flash from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Flash's Bailey Kirkland threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Velez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Willie Hale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Bailey Kirkland made a huge save. After 42 played minutes Flash got a freekick which was hit by Zackary Nieves. Stephan Caudill stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dallas Altman's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Stephan Caudill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickey Gonzalez in the 48th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Dallas Altman made the kick off in the second half. Stephan Caudill was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Dallas Altman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dallas Altman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 54 minutes into the match, Flash's goalkeeper Stephan Caudill had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rickey Gonzalez. If Dallas Altman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dallas Altman in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephan Caudill saved Flash from getting behind. Zackary Nieves charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zackary Nieves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Flash was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zackary Nieves to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Cole Pham sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stephan Caudill skillfully saved the ball. Julian Ragsdale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Stephan Caudill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. NY Metropolitans made a substitution. Lucas McNeil replaced Dallas Altman. 71 minutes into the game, Lucas McNeil recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stephan Caudill. Lucas McNeil showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Lucas McNeil put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Stephan Caudill. Lucas McNeil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Caudill having to interfere. Bailey Kirkland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarrod Whitt in the 81st minute of the match. Julian Ragsdale struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Stephan Caudill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NY Metropolitans. Jarrod Whitt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bailey Kirkland having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Sherwood Pagan put in a rough tackle. 97 minutes into the match, NY Metropolitans's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Stern came free, but Bailey Kirkland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. NY Metropolitans had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
