Ace Seay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rory Guillory, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Rory Guillory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ace Seay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Shane Haines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Glens Falls's Shane Haines got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 22 minutes, Shane Haines mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glens Falls and the Rockwall players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rockwall booed when Glens Falls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shane Haines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacques Scott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Weston Lujan made a huge save. Roderick Singh hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Rory Guillory got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lawrence Lovett fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rockwall's protests and gave Lawrence Lovett a yellow card for diving instead. Glens Falls's Weston Lujan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacques Scott in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Rockwall's goal looked a bit too open when Vance Waddell came free, but Ace Seay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes, Glens Falls's George Allen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ace Seay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Glens Falls reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rory Guillory was the one to do the kick off. Rockwall's Ace Seay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rory Guillory in the 58th minute of play. Vance Waddell in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ace Seay, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 61st minute, Jacques Scott ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Weston Lujan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Weston Lujan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacques Scott in the 66th minute of play. Lawrence Lovett hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Alex Whitley took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Weston Lujan. Weston Lujan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Alex Whitley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Glens Falls's goal looked a bit too open when Jacques Scott came free, but Weston Lujan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacques Scott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th match minute, Glens Falls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayden Schulz to maneuver through the defense. Jacques Scott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Weston Lujan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rockwall's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
