Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Roman Small made the kick off and thus started the match. Genaro Boyle took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tristan Montgomery. Tristan Montgomery dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bart Garland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Small in the 7th minute of the match. If Bobby Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Brock Velasquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edgard AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Brock Velasquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tristan Montgomery breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, Dennis Port was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brendan Coley to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Brock Velasquez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tristan Montgomery. The goal made the score 2-0. Edgard AFC's Genaro Boyle got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Edgard AFC booed when Dennis Port was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Art Neff didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Brock Velasquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Tristan Montgomery managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Edgard AFC's Brock Velasquez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Edgard AFC's Edmund Whittaker got a free kick in the 37th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 39 minutes into the game, when Bobby Dalton put in a rough tackle. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Edgard AFC! The referee gave Dennis Port a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eusebio Lowery, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Edgard AFC's Bart Garland. 2-1. Edgard AFC's Bart Garland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Small in the 45th minute of play. Bart Garland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marlin Cavazos in the 46th minute of the match. If Edmund Whittaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brock Velasquez made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dennis Port's goalkeeper Tristan Montgomery, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Edgard AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Small came free, but Bart Garland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Edgard AFC's Genaro Boyle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tristan Montgomery made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Brock Velasquez struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Tristan Montgomery didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edgard AFC. In the 67th minute, Art Neff left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dennis Port fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Dennis Port's Eusebio Lowery couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Edgard AFC. In the 77th minute, Mario Chapman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Edgard AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. If Genaro Boyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brock Velasquez in the 88th minute of play forced Dennis Port's goalkeeper Tristan Montgomery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, Dennis Port was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brendan Coley to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th match minute, Dennis Port was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Small to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Edgard AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
