The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Chase Springer was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Jordan Samuels capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jordan Samuels really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Chase Springer made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Kip Tharp sent off a good shot on target. Chase Springer didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Perham FC's Jordan Samuels shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Chase Springer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradley Briggs, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Jordan Samuels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Chase Springer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Bradley Briggs fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Laurence Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ian Rodriquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradley Briggs in the 27th minute of play forced Ketchikan's goalkeeper Chase Springer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Cesar Shaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Perham FC's Bradley Briggs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Jordan Samuels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Chase Springer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Bradley Briggs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Springer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chase Springer made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Jordan Samuels sent off a good shot on target. Cesar Shaw's late challenge caught a Perham FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Shaw helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ketchikan's Cesar Shaw got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bradley Briggs to strike the kick off in the second half. Chase Springer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordan Samuels in the 52nd minute of the match. Cole Lewis hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Bradley Briggs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chase Springer having to interfere. Chase Springer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kip Tharp in the 64th minute of the match. Chase Springer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordan Samuels in the 66th minute of play. Bradley Briggs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Ketchikan's goal looked a bit too open when Kip Tharp came free, but Chase Springer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bradley Briggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chase Springer came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Perham FC's Kip Tharp. But to his dismay, Kip Tharp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Chase Springer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordan Samuels in the 79th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bradley Briggs in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chase Springer saved Ketchikan from getting behind. When Jordan Samuels came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Perham FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jordan Samuels couldn't finish the play. Chase Springer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordan Samuels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Laurence Lugo fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ketchikan's protests and gave Laurence Lugo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Perham FC booed when Ketchikan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurence Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Jordan Samuels who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ketchikan's Chase Springer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Perham FC booed when Ketchikan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cole Lewis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ketchikan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilmer Brunson was slow to take the kick. During this time Perham FC's players had a chance to rest. Perham FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
