Bradley Briggs might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mickey Shoemaker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The tension between the Your boy gamers and the Perham FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denver Aviles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Your boy gamers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denver Aviles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Perham FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denver Aviles came free, but Ian Rodriquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kip Tharp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mickey Shoemaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradley Briggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denver Aviles was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Bradley Briggs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Shoemaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Your boy gamers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristopher Shirley to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute of the match Wilmer Brunson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mickey Shoemaker skillfully saved the ball. Denver Aviles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Rodriquez having to interfere. The referee ignored Your boy gamers's protests and gave Ronny Bartley a yellow card for diving instead. Perham FC's Bradley Briggs got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Your boy gamers getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Matthew Fontenot hit a great ball. Bradley Briggs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute.
