Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sal Leon started the match with the kick off. Bobby Decker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sal Leon in the 3rd minute of the match. Teddy Ames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Nathaniel Cooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Teddy Ames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, East Merrimack AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sal Leon came free, but Bobby Decker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Boron FC got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Guzman. In the 17th match minute, East Merrimack AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Johns to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Richards kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Teddy Ames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Cooper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Teddy Ames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teddy Ames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nathaniel Cooper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Drew Kerns in the 30th minute. The supporters of Boron FC booed when East Merrimack AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Shipman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teddy Ames kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. East Merrimack AFC's Bobby Decker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Hanley in the 34th minute of play. Bobby Decker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sal Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes, Teddy Ames made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Boron FC's Nathaniel Cooper tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Drew Kerns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nathaniel Cooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Teddy Ames kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Teddy Ames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Drew Kerns received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Nathaniel Cooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Murdock during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of East Merrimack AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boron FC:s goal. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Boron FC. Zachary Sellers stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bobby Decker. 2-1. When Drew Kerns came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the East Merrimack AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Drew Kerns couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Teddy Ames left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The East Merrimack AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After a rather tough play, Boron FC's Sherwood Guzman got a free kick in the 94th minute. Nathaniel Cooper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teddy Ames's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. East Merrimack AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
