Trey Winter kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Mark Renteria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Madrid Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Renteria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jed Calderon in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacob Boswell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid Football Club's Marc Wiley got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Sam Wray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Real Madrid Football Club defense, Charlie Benedict kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Boswell. The Real Madrid Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Boswell should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Real Madrid Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Jed Calderon came free, but Jacob Boswell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes Manhasset got a freekick which was hit by Levi Carbajal. After recieving a nice pass, Real Madrid Football Club's Jermaine Abrams tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mark Renteria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hal Noble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jed Calderon might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacob Boswell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jed Calderon ran back to his position shaking his head. When Charlie Benedict came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Manhasset fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charlie Benedict couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Renteria to make the kick off. Jed Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Jacob Boswell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Boswell was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Trey Winter. Jed Calderon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Boswell having to interfere. Jed Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jacob Boswell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hal Noble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralph Justice in the 70th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jed Calderon in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacob Boswell saved Real Madrid Football Club from getting behind. Jed Calderon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jacob Boswell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jed Calderon succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Manhasset played a much better game than Real Madrid Football Club and deserved their victory. The Real Madrid Football Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
