Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lake Providence's Chad Lackey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Allan Calderwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Edwards having to interfere. With a little luck, Lake Providence's Freddy Edwards got control of the ball when Bret Barrios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dallas Woodall charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dallas Woodall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dallas Woodall kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Keenan Daniels took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Rivers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ted Kent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Edwards having to make a save. Gabriel Rivers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keenan Daniels having to interfere. When Dallas Woodall was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. In the 31st match minute, Westway AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dallas Woodall to maneuver through the defense. Keenan Daniels stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chad Lackey's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ted Kent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Freddy Edwards tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Lake Providence was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Strong to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Rivers in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keenan Daniels saved Westway AFC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Westway AFC's Bret Barrios got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Gabriel Rivers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keenan Daniels having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Arthur Pruett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westway AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Pruett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Westway AFC's Keenan Daniels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Rivers in the 54th minute of play. Chad Lackey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Rivers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chad Lackey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keenan Daniels having to interfere. Arthur Pruett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Edwards having to interfere. When Chad Lackey came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Lake Providence fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chad Lackey couldn't finish the play. After having played for 80 minutes, Chad Lackey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lake Providence's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chad Lackey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arthur Pruett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Edwards having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chad Lackey in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keenan Daniels prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Westway AFC's Arthur Pruett got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arthur Pruett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lake Providence players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Westway AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
