The audience was convinced that Joey Johnston's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rusty Beyer was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 6th minute, Ross Bradford got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ross Bradford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Carlo Kane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Larksville the free kick. After a rather tough play, Belen's Carlo Kane got a free kick in the 10th minute. Johnny Crockett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rusty Beyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, Larksville's Ross Bradford made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rusty Beyer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Belen's Carlo Kane got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 21 played minutes Belen got a freekick which was hit by Len Tillman. Ross Bradford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Larksville's Ross Bradford in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belen's goalie prevented a goal. Rusty Beyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joey Johnston in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ross Bradford in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rusty Beyer saved Belen from getting behind. Joey Johnston might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rusty Beyer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joey Johnston ran back to his position shaking his head. Rusty Beyer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ross Bradford in the 35th minute of the match. Rusty Beyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ross Bradford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Ross Bradford made a precise shot to the right of Rusty Beyer. Belen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Joey Johnston notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Belen's Rusty Beyer. Rusty Beyer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the match, Belen's goal looked a bit too open when Ross Bradford came free, but Rusty Beyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Van Fry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Larksville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belen the free kick. A collision led to Larksville getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Van Fry hit a great ball. The Belen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Larksville were winning 0-3.

Rusty Beyer was a little too slow when Ross Bradford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-4. Johnny Crockett hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Len Tillman hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Emerson Logan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rusty Beyer skillfully saved the ball. Joey Johnston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rusty Beyer having to interfere. In the 68th minute of the match, Ross Bradford tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rusty Beyer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joey Johnstons short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Rusty Beyer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joey Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Rusty Beyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mckinley Cooper charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mckinley Cooper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 80 minutes into the match, Belen's goal looked a bit too open when Ross Bradford came free, but Rusty Beyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joey Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Larksville's Ross Bradford got a free kick in the 85th minute. Len Tillman's late challenge caught a Larksville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Len Tillman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th minute, Len Tillman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ross Bradford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusty Beyer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ross Bradford in the 93rd minute of play. Ross Bradford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Larksville's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
