Steeleville AFC's Christopher Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Steeleville AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Ward Castaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Warren Zuniga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christopher Ortiz came out of the goal and Warren Zuniga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Summerside AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
