Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Branch's Trey Jefferson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roscoe Newman in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Roscoe Newman notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Branch's Trey Jefferson. Trey Jefferson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Cronin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vance Baggett in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Branch booed when Culpeper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tad Godfrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Culpeper FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Montes. In the 17th match minute, Culpeper FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garrett Milligan to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Branch's goal looked a bit too open when Roscoe Newman came free, but Trey Jefferson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Culpeper FC's Ricardo Cronin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Culver in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Culpeper FC's zone, Ignacio Culver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Cronin came out of the goal and Ignacio Culver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vance Baggett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zachary Dietz hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ricardo Cronin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vance Baggett in the 42nd minute. Ignacio Culver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Culver was the one to do the kick off. When Roscoe Newman came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Culpeper FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roscoe Newman couldn't finish the play. Vance Baggett charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vance Baggett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Culpeper FC booed when Branch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trey Jefferson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. One of Culpeper FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Branch:s goal. 67 minutes into the game, Quintin McPherson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Culpeper FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Branch the free kick. Quintin McPherson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Ignacio Culver struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ricardo Cronin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Branch. Vance Baggett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Cronin having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Branch's goalkeeper Trey Jefferson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Montes. Rafael Keyes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Vance Baggett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roscoe Newman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dale Craft shot from long distance in the 94th minute, but Trey Jefferson was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Ignacio Culver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ricardo Cronin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Culpeper FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
