Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brent Hanks made the kick off which started today's match. In the 12th minute Brent Hanks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donnie Covington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donnie Covington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Elkins in the 16th minute of play. When Sydney Franks fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lighting Shogun's protests and gave Sydney Franks a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Savoy Fc booed when Lighting Shogun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Franks didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Savoy Fc's Brent Hanks in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lighting Shogun's goalie prevented a goal. 22 minutes into the game, Nick Juarez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rubin Dale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brent Hanks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Donnie Covington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enoch Larson shot from long distance in the 30th minute, but Rubin Dale was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Geoffrey Mullins had several of the Savoy Fc's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Rubin Dale as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Savoy Fc's goalkeeper Rubin Dale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Lighting Shogun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Burger to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lighting Shogun's zone, Brent Hanks stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donnie Covington came out of the goal and Brent Hanks tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donnie Covington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micah Elkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Sydney Franks hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Savoy Fc booed when Lighting Shogun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Franks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donnie Covington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brent Hanks in the 56th minute of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Nick Juarez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Savoy Fc's Rubin Dale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Blair Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geoffrey Mullins took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubin Dale. Rubin Dale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 65 played minutes Brent Hanks rounded Lighting Shogun's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. Lighting Shogun's Donnie Covington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Hanks in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Savoy Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffrey Mullins came free, but Rubin Dale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Fisher during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nick Juarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubin Dale having to interfere. Lighting Shogun's Donnie Covington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Hanks in the 78th minute of play. Tomas Fisher hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Geoffrey Mullins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubin Dale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 played minutes Lighting Shogun got a freekick which was hit by Enoch Larson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brent Hanks in the 94th minute of play forced Lighting Shogun's goalkeeper Donnie Covington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lighting Shogun's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
