Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Landrum started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Roseland FC booed when South Fallsburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shayne Lyles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Shelton Glover reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cyrus Ciauri. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Roseland FC's zone, Rolland Tyson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyrus Ciauri came out of the goal and Rolland Tyson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cyrus Ciauri made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Rolland Tyson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, South Fallsburg's Shayne Lyles got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Aaron Daly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Booth having to interfere. Rolland Tyson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Shayne Lyles managed to get in a good position for a shot. South Fallsburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Shayne Lyles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyrus Ciauri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Rolland Tyson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyrus Ciauri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyrus Ciauri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolland Tyson's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rolland Tyson made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Juan Landrum reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fred Booth. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind South Fallsburg's goalkeeper Fred Booth, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to South Fallsburg getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Shayne Lyles hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in South Fallsburg's zone, Juan Landrum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Booth came out of the goal and Juan Landrum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th match minute, Roseland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Burnham to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Rolland Tyson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cyrus Ciauri. Roseland FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolland Tyson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Cyrus Ciauri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolland Tyson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Rolland Tyson made a precise shot to the right of Cyrus Ciauri. Roseland FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Aaron Daly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roseland FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Daly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fred Booth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roseland FC's Cyrus Ciauri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolland Tyson in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to South Fallsburg getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Errol Pepper hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. South Fallsburg had played much better football throughout.
