After 34 minutes of play, Baileys Crossroads AFC's Sergio Engel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zane Chang was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Ernesto Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Quintin Matlock. Baileys Crossroads AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When SC Cincinnati's Esteban Tucker in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baileys Crossroads AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cincinnati's zone, Sergio Engel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Moreno to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Cincinnati's Ernesto Moreno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Quintin Matlock. That made the score 2-2 after 52 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Sergio Engel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baileys Crossroads AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergio Engel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zane Chang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alejandro Kerr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Gregg Lay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Cincinnati's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baileys Crossroads AFC the free kick. A collision led to SC Cincinnati getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Gregg Lay hit a great ball. Esteban Tucker's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Quintin Matlock skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 91st minute, Esteban Tucker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Baileys Crossroads AFC's zone, Ernesto Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quintin Matlock came out of the goal and Ernesto Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santos Jean charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Jean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santos Jean kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Cincinnati had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
