Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Winfred Wynn to make the kick off. Son Hobson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jamel Muniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Son Hobson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jamel Muniz having to make a save. Eli Hawk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Elliot Schultz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Ruskin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Helton to maneuver through the defense. Ruskin FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leawood for a fine match.
